All online sessions are conducted securely through the Proof platform with tamper-evident seals and full audio-visual recording. Records are retained for 5 years as required by Tennessee law.
Full payment is required at booking.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 flat cancellation fee.
All fees are reasonable and compliant with Tennessee notary law. The $25 online notarization fee applies only when the notarization is performed.
